Who We Are
Maryland's Local Solar Experts — Built on Trust, Driven by Savings
Smart Solar Solution was founded by Maryland homeowners who were tired of high electricity bills and confusing solar contracts. We built the company we wished existed.
Our Story
Our Story
Smart Solar Solution was born right here in Maryland. Our founders grew up in Baltimore, raised families in Anne Arundel County, and watched electricity bills climb year after year. When solar finally became affordable, they went through the process themselves — and found it unnecessarily complicated, expensive, and full of fine print.
So they built something better. Smart Solar Solution is a Maryland-first solar company with one mission: make clean energy accessible to every homeowner in Baltimore, Anne Arundel County, and Montgomery County — with zero out-of-pocket cost, no gimmicks, and no surprises. Since launching, we've helped hundreds of Maryland families eliminate their electric bills and take control of their energy future.
Our Mission
To make solar energy accessible to every Maryland homeowner — regardless of income, credit, or technical knowledge. We believe clean energy shouldn't come with a complicated contract or a surprise bill. That's why our first 50 customers pay absolutely nothing out of pocket and receive 3 months of free electricity.
Transparency First
No hidden fees, no confusing contracts. We show you exactly what you'll save before we install a single panel.
Local Commitment
We hire locally, pull permits locally, and reinvest in the Maryland communities we serve. We're not a national chain.
Zero Risk Promise
If your roof isn't right for solar, we'll tell you — even if that means walking away. Your trust matters more than a sale.
